1. Acceptance
By registering a business on this platform you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not register.
2. The Service
The platform provides a public booking page, booking management, payment collection through M-Pesa, customer notifications, reviews, quotations and invoices, and related tools for service businesses.
3. Subscription and Fees
The service is billed monthly. You choose how many months to pay for in advance (for example 1, 3, 6, 12 or 24 months) and pay the total via M-Pesa before your account is activated or renewed. Your public page stays live until the end of the paid period; if you do not renew, it is hidden until payment is made. Fees are non-refundable once a period has started. Pricing may change with prior notice and does not affect periods already paid for.
4. Notification Wallet
SMS and WhatsApp notifications are charged per message from your prepaid wallet at the rates published in your dashboard. Wallet balances are not refundable or withdrawable and can only be used for platform messaging.
5. Your Content
You are responsible for all services, prices, images, descriptions and replies you publish. Content must be accurate, lawful and must not infringe the rights of others. The platform may review, hide or remove any content and may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
6. Customer Data
You must use customer contact details received through the platform only to deliver the booked service and related communication, in line with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.
7. Reviews
Reviews are submitted by customers. You may reply publicly but may not offer incentives for positive reviews or post reviews about your own business. The platform may remove reviews that are abusive, fraudulent or irrelevant.
8. Referral Programme
Referral commissions are earned when a business you refer completes its first paid subscription. Commissions are paid via M-Pesa on the platform's scheduled payout days. There are no direct withdrawals. Self-referrals and fraudulent referrals are void.
9. Availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Third-party services such as M-Pesa, SMS and WhatsApp providers may experience outages outside our control.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or harm customers or the platform.
11. Liability
The platform connects businesses with their customers. The business, not the platform, is responsible for delivering the booked service. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
